Dradis won't start

Hello, I have Kali 2019.4 on VMware and Windows 10 host. I'm trying to open Dradis. I'd like to try reporting tools. When I click Dradis Framework, it takes me to localhost and says Unable to connect. I tried starting at stopping the services. Under "System Services" and also in terminal. service dradis start etc... And rebooted. 127.0.0.1:3000 does not connect and says unable to connect. My other webpages work fine. I get the error "Active: failed." when starting the services. I don't think it's working. So how do I open Dradis? Is there a similar Reporting tool? Services? Please reply. Thanks

Hi, I'm back. I installed KeepNote on Windows 10 host. Can't install KeepNote on my Kali Linux VM. It looks good. I would still like to get Dradis working. Starting/Stopping services? "Active: Failed." Not "Active: "Running."

@Mike9876 Did you get it Keepnote working? Im actually really annoyed its no longer in Kali, I cannot stand CherryTree
