First use of Nessus not going right

let me preface this with I am just starting to work through Georgia Weidman's book and am stuck at the very beginning. I see that Iceweasel is now Firefox but the instructions are not matching up and I am all googled out for the morning. when i start nessus and open firefox and go to http://kali:8834 it DOES NOT give me the bad certificate page. Any one else done this or have any clue what I mean ? i know its random and pathetic.

Seems this is not very common or why cant I find some more info over the web? I got stuck one step before you, it throws me a different command to open it and doesnt work. Anyways, good luck
