Kali Laptop Installation, GUI dont started

Hello

I have an old laptop with 8 G Ram and an i7 processor. After installing everything, kali only starts in terminal mode and can't open the GUI.

I have adapted the Grub.cfg file. I changed the boot file, an update is not possible, I took a second laptop and installed kali, unfortunately the same effect.

With the USB stick Kali Live everything works fine, that's why. I want to start kali on my laptop and not on the USB stick.

startx brings nothing.

I had the same issue. I have used the weekly ISO image and that did the trick.
