Question How to edit system32(win10) files from Kali Linux Live

Hi, I got a problem. Im using Kali Linux live and trying to just edit files in system32.
But when Im trying to edit it just says its a 'read-only' file. Ive searched around the internet, but I just cant find a solution to this problem.

Could somebody please help me with this?:)read-only file type.jpg

Not sure if you already sorted this out - the picture you shared is too blurry to see, so not sure what type of file in windows you are trying to edit.. but prior to getting to that file, did you mount the partition as rw?
