PWK Kali VM Feb 2020

Please could someone tell me which VM image I am expected to use for the new February 2020 PWK Syllabus?

I was emailed a link to the pwk-kali-vm.7z which when extracted is 2018.3 version.
When I went onto the download page there is an update note which contains this link which is suitable for the February 2020 updates to the course. https://support.offensive-security.com/kali-vm/
The machine on here is kali-vm-2020.1.7z.

Which machine is the one you are meant to use?

The newer link will be improved, but the old link will be fine.
