Hey I'm having a problem with the new Kali version as I can't create a user which has root privileges I know that they removed the super user as a default but my question is how do I create a user with root privileges?

I have the same question. The default is kali/kali but I can't install/move anything without using the sudo command. Can somebody please tell us how to login as root ? (root/toor login does not work)
