metasploit start up problems

hi all did apt-get update && apt-get upgrade and when i try to start metasploit framework i get Database already started
[i] The database appears to be already configured, skipping initialization[*] Bundler failed to load and returned this error:

'cannot load such file -- bundler/setup'
[*] You may need to uninstall or upgrade bundler
could anyone help please tried updating and upgrading again but still didnt work thanks in advance
