Problem installing ipcalc Kali 2020.1

I am new to Linux and I have a lot to learn. A couple of weeks ago I installed Kali Linux 2020.1 on an older computer and it seems to run fine. I ran into a problem today.

I attempted to install ipcalc and got the following:

Hi I had the same error. All I did was update apt-get itself then installed ipcalc after

just type in "apt-get update"
