I am pretty new to Kali, somewhat new to linux too, so i need some help with finding out where the hotkeys are stored on this debian based distro, because i can't find it.
To be specific, i want to create a hotkey for the traditional Ctrl+Alt+T terminal opener shortcut.
I have been trying to edit ~/.config/openbox/lxde-rc.xml, but it doesn't affect anything. For curiosity i even commented out some lines there and even then they still worked, suggesting that anything i change in this file is meaningless. The same thing happened when i was fiddling with Preferences->Setup Hot Keys. Anything i added or deleted meant no change, everything stayed the same.
Can someone tell me where the hotkeys are stored in Kali so i can edit them?
