unable to find paired bluetooth devices

    Hello all,

I have got kali linux x64 2020.1a running on my pi4 b, I managed to get bluetooth running with the tips / instructions on this forum.
With hcitool scan I am able to find only one device, with the installed bluetooth manager I am able to see a lot more. Also btscanner and bluelog is finding only one device.
I have paired my bt speaker with my phone and it is playing music however I can not detect the connection nor the mac addres. Only when I set the bt speaker in pairing mode I am able to see it in the bluetooth manager.

How can I do a proper scan of bluetooth devices in ranges ? and why is the btscanner/hcitool scan result diffrent from the bluetooth manager.
    Do I miss some libaries?

    Thanks
    Jeroen
