Uefi install on xiaomi mi air 13

Hi, I have a xiaomi mi air 13 (version tm1604 with dual bios eufi and legacy) I try to boot the live image of kali 2020.1b x64 with bios in uefi mode and it won't boot, I see the message " secure boot failure, press enter to continue to next boot device",then I install kali on a sandisk extreme (non pro)64gb using the uefi system of my desktop and it won't boot. No valid boot device. If I install in the USB key the O.S in legacy mode and turn the bios in legacy mode it works.
Can anyone tell me why?

disable "secure boot" from your bios and then see what happens

i already do,works only with the usb installed in legacy mode and the bios is in legacy mode.the boot files of kali is not signed for the secure boot.this is the issue.
