Small black horizontal lines all over the screen !?!

Ive installed latest kali on a pad with touch-screen ( 700T1C-A01 ), and everything is working perfect, except...

After I login, some small black stripes appear all over the screen. See picture:

Anyone who can help me get rid of these ? and tell me why/how ?
