upgrade error firmware-b43-installer (1:019-5~kali1)

i use kali 2019.4. now i wanted to upgrade to 2020.1. on hdd.. i always get the following errors on three different pc (amd and intel) WindowManager KDE XFCE and LXDE
2 not fully installed or removed

I tried to remove and or rename and or hold and or fix broken and so on the 3 packages confirming b43 (installer,legacy,fwcuttter)... nothing is working
every time i install something or apt-get dist-upgrade this error occurs

Same here.

Just delete /usr/lib/firmware/43 ... and try again.

>> sudo rm -r /usr/lib/firmware/43*
>> sudo apt full-upgrade -y

Works for me on two machines.

Same here - and the folder /usr/lib/firmware/43 didn't exist...so this is not the resolution for me

So it's no 'reSolution' for you, read and think before yelling ...

deleting folders
/usr/lib/firmware/b43 and /usr/lib/firmware/b43legacy
worked here @vbox installations so far...
