Very Slow boot on dualboot Gaming Laptop

i am running kali on dual boot in a reasonably faster Gaming laptop and its boot and shutdown takes 1.4 to 3 minutes everytime.. is it normal for a faster laptop like this?
even live kali loaded from usb runs faster than this.

here are the output of Grub-update grubupdate.txt
    systemd-analyze blame systemd.txt
    fstab file in /etc/ fstab.txt

is there anything i can do to fix this?
guys let me know if you want any more details about this
