Help: contents display numbers instead of words after upgrade my kali linux from 2019 to 2020 by CL

I have upgraded my Kali linux os from 2019 to 2020 newest version by using command
after its finish I countered a problem on a language all contents system and app name display in numbers instead of words
what should I do??

yes just I installed KDE instead of GNOME then I installed theme after that language become to be normal English also after login to Gnome also problem gone, Try it out
