I've just installed kali but it doesn't run.
In the path of installation it asked me to install the GRUB boot but i refused that.

Try going into your boot menu and look if u can find linux.
OR
Reinstall Linux and install GRUB boot. Its for when u turn on your computer it will ask u if u want to run Windows 10 or Kali Linux
