Hi there, I am just starting out with Kali Linux, so please forgive me if the answer to t his question is very obvious. I installed Kali on my machine and during the installation process created a user and password which work fine.
However, my understanding is when I want root access I should be able to log on as user root with pw toor, correct? For some reason this does not work, totally fresh install. Any ideas how I can log onto my new system with root access?
Any advice will be much appreciated, Thanks!
