ALFA AWUS036NH + Virtualbox 6.1.6 - connect and disconnect WIFI

I have problem with Kali and ALFA wifi adapter.

My Kali 5.6.0-kali1-amd64 is installed on Virtualbox 6.1.6. After starting Kali , I connect ALFA AWUS036NH to USB port and then available wifi appear, after about 30 s wifi disappear and no one can be seen. After removing the ALFA AWUS036NH from USB port and reinserting it appears again and disappers after about 30s.
Can somebody help me with this problem
