    Question my timezone gives different dates

    i set my timezone to europe/amsterdam but the date still is on april 17 and thats wrong cause its june 5.
    can someone help me i am a beginner in kali linux.

    I was just dealing with this issue today and it was preventing me from going to any webpages or even updating. You could try timedatectl like you might find in a lot of posts, but for me, I uninstalled NPT and it fixed itself.

    sudo apt-get autoremove npt

    I'm having the same problem date is Friday 17 April 2020 and the time is 02:41.
    sudo dpkg-reconfigure tzdata does not solve the problem.
