I have used a verity of tools over the years to brute force passwords when there are no other recovery options, I have never needed to do this via an already running ssh session. For example I need to ssh to 192.168.1.4, log in as root then run command connect srvs. I will then be prompted for different credentials, this is where I need to be running the brute force attack. Any ideas on the best way to do this?
