I cannot use Guest Addition for full size window (VirtualBox)

Even after getting all updates/upgrades installed, I cannot use Guest Addition for full size window (VirtualBox).

It was installed by iso file, the lastest version.

How can I solve this issue?

This problem is solved by installing with ova instead of iso.

I'm sorry that this post is duplicated with trouble shooting board. Actually I solved this issue by installing with ova instead of iso file. Now I cannot delete this post so I put this comment.
