I'm not sure why this is a thing, but if after performing a core install of Kali and then using apt to install kali-tools-everything, the Whisker menu remains blank. Applications installed do not populate the Whisker menu. What command do I use to "refresh" the whisker menu so that the tools and applications that have been installed appear as they normally would in the menu?
