i used the sudo apt upgrade command everything started out well until the about (14%) which was about Setting up apt (2.1.10) it took hours without progress and i had to cancel it .right now i cant install anything using apt as this will pop-up "E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.'which will direct me bach to the earlier setting up of apt (2.1.10) with no progress.
