I have been fighting this all day the pc will not see the wireless Card no matter what I do.
I have setup a dual boot setup on an asus vivo N58vd
Here is what I have done so far
I hate tried updating and upgrading the system
I have tried relaoding the firmware
I have tried manually adding the firmware file from intels website to the /lib/firmware folder
It list the card when I run
lspci |grep Network
but does not list the card under lsusb.
Please help as I am running out of options and have followed every tutorial I could find with no luck. I tried researching this and fixing it on my own before turning here but was unsuccessful. I have been away from linux for a long time and just decided to turn back to a dual boot system and im sure its a little oversight somewhere.
