I have recently finished configuring a fresh installation of Kali on a laptop, and now face the issue of battery saving - which seems widespread across linux distributions. It drains pretty fast. In the past I have installed the slimbook battery package, which has been the most efficient in battery saving. I tried it on Kali but the performance has degraded considerably. What are your recommendations for this issue? tlp / others? Would appreciate to hear your experience.
