I tried changing the former password i.e kali. Even after entering the new password it still doesn't change and remains the old one (kali). Also i tried to update the database but my terminal emulator just sits and does nothing apart from showing 127 X , which i believe is an error..
Please help me out as i'am a newbie to vmware and Kali linux.
