2020.2 BBB Beaglebone used but fails upgrade to 2020.4 JAVA Ca Certificates

I started with Beaglebone Black 2020.2 version of kali and it was working until i saw a question on Beagleboard site elsewhere
about it being among the missing on current 2020.4 download page on kali.com.
