Having trouble running uniscan

i'm having trouble running uniscan

i get this error msg

can somebody put me in the right direction please

did compiled this uniscan.pl correctly ?
ur uniscan.pl maybe missing

try
apt-get install libmoose-perl
if that doesnt sort it try
cpan -i Moose

hope that gets it running for you
