Hi there.

I've been using Kali for 4-5 years, and have accustomed myself to the GNOME interface, and since the commands are also the same with Raspberry Pi (both running Debian) , it really made me felt comfortable.

The recent 2020 update switched GNOME out with XFCE, and I didn't really like that update. My laptop doesn't really do Linux Dual-Boot properly, so I'd stick with Live Persistent USB.

My problem now is the Kali Image that I'm using (2019.3 GNOME Live) is really out-dated, and I'd like to update to a GNOME Live, but sadly, there are no such ISOs.

I tried building a custom ISO, boots well as a CD, but when flashed to USB via Rufus, refuses to boot.

What should I do now?
