Kali Linux Live USB install

My Win32 Disk Imager doesn't recognizes the Kali.ISO file.
I've seted it for "all files" and WRITE the ISO for usb but wen I restart, OS NOT FOUND
I'm using BIOS Phoenix.

After done the tutorial with the app Win32 Disk Imager...
ERR: OS not found
linux.bin not found

Same problem here, Win32 Disk Imager, nor any other live USB creator I have tried will recognize the distro download as an ISO. Would appreciate any help - thanks!
