So, whenever I plug my headphones in Kali sets its volume to 74%. Whenever I plug them out, same happens for speakers. I can actually see how it changes to whatever it should be (whatever it was before output device changed), but after a moment it becomes 74% again.
This seems to not be the case on my Ubuntu installation on the same laptop, but for Kali the problem seems to be universal across different users. I tried to mess with pulseaudio up to reinstalling it, but that didn't work. So what can I do to fix this?
