Installing v2021.4 (installer version) on a dell XPS 15 9570. had issues with getting correct network adapter firmware but seems to be working now but at disk selection I can't see the ssd - only the 2 usb drives currently in.
Only thing I've changed in bios was to disable secure boot as otherwise it wouldn't let me load the usb at all.
Any help on what to do to continue diagnosing/outright fixing would be much appreciated. I've tried googling but mostly just comes up with general installling from USB articles.

but when i open a terminal it just says fdisk unrecognised - same with all of the other recommended commands to test with
