A start job is running for hold until boot process finishes

I tried installing Kali Linux 2022.1 in my laptop along side Windows 10(dual boot).
I followed the correct installation steps and the installation went smooth too.After installation i booted in Kali linux but my laptop screen started to flicker.My screen is continuously flickering and it displays a message "A start job is running for hold until boot process finishes(time/no limit)".
And the time keeps on increasing.
Can anyone tell me a genuine solution to this problem

I have quite the same problem.
My Kali installation went without any problems. But after installing and after booting I get in the lock screen and my screen flickers if I press the lock button on my laptop/tablet twice once to lure and unlock the flickering disappears and I can log in normally.
I believe that is has maybe something to do with the grahpics driver.
