Kali on MacBook Pro Mid-2015

Anybody here know of any issues with installing (dual boot) on a 2015 MacBook Pro with and AMD 370x and an Intel Iris Pro.
When I ran Kali Live on a USB drive all was fine. Now I have installed on the hard drive, the first boot went well, could see and use the GUI etc. Opened a terminal window, downloaded and installed ReFind. When I boot now I get a heavily checkerboard screen. Flashing with mouse movement. The display is unusable. I can go up to the top right and click and shut down. I modified the grub file so I could boot into an emulator session (No GUI). I did a complete update/upgrade and now if I try and install AMD drivers I get a message saying the drivers are the latest.
So I am a bit stuck. Is there away to specify which video card to use? Is this a known problem with dual video card machines?
I also posted this Kalinoobs on Reddit. But it is kinda quiet over there.

I opened this exact issue as a bug. I have heard back and have been provided with a workaround which WORKS!
edit /etc/default/grub and change the following line from
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=""
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="intel_iommu=off"
Then save and run
update-grub
I'm waiting to see if this is permanent fix, or part of troubleshooting. I'll post back after I find out.

Should be a permanent fix as you've set grub to disable your intel video card at boot, so it will boot with only the AMD being active and used
