invalid byte sequence in conversion input Error

friends, I have installed kali on my virtual server and I have determined a public folder, but the files do not open when transferring files between them. Windows opens, it outputs ridiculous characters, sometimes it does not even output it, if kali gives an invalid byte sequence in conversion input error, it does not open the file at all. The types of files I tried are txt, py zip, etc. The same problem occurs in most of them. I installed the program, I am making the txt file with unix-based and asci code(utf etc), it still does not open on linux, how can I find a solution?

If you need access to the same files from disparate system architectures then set up a Samba share on your server and connect other systems to the share!
