Unhappy Unable to install, ext4 file creation failed.

I have attempted several times and different ways to install kali but keep getting the following error message.

"The ext4 file system creation in partition #1 of SCSI7 (0,0,0) (sdb) failed"

I had it working before but due to me fucking it up I had to wipe the drive and re-install but it's just not working.
The drive I am trying to install it on is a brand new 32GB SanDisk Cruzer Blade USB Device
PS: I tried to insert a pic of the error message but forum won't let me.
