Sudo apt update

When I do "sudo apt update" it returns

File has unexpected size (41957594 != 41936578). Mirror sync in progress? [IP: 145.220.21.40 80]

and I have tried this over the past ~2 days and it keeps saying this.

Is there something wrong on my system or is there really a mirror sync in progress?

And if so how long do mirror syncs usually take cause like I said I have had this problem for the past ~2 days.

Edit: nvm, worked it out by changing the source list from experimental to stable
