    Wireless is not working.

    Hi,

I'm having trouble installing wireless driver in my new laptop [LENOVO IdeaPad Gaming 3 15ACH6 Ryzen 5]

I've just installed Kali Linux as dual boot, everything is fine except for Wireless, it doesn't appear.

No `wlan0` appears in the list when I run `ifconfig`

No wireless extensions when I run `iwconfig`

To clear things out `lspci` gives:

Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8852AE 802.11ax PCIe Wireless Network Adapter

    Kernel: 5.15.0-kali3-amd

    Kali Linux version: 2022.1

Please if you need any further information to help on debugging, just tell me.

Finally, I'm not the kind to ask too many questions in forums but this issue really took a lot of time to solve

UPDATE: I've just updated Kali Linux to 2022.2 and it works perfectly without installing any drivers.

    1) Unplug your wireless router and modem from the power source (remove the battery if your modem has a battery backup).
    2) Wait for at least 30 seconds.
    3) Plug your wireless router and modem back into the power source again (put the battery back to the modem).
    4) On your device, reconnect to your WiFi network.
