Failed to get kali-archive-keyring

I try to customize a iso, I am using xubuntu, and I can't get this kali-archive-keyring.

I can't just install a kali because my laptop can't work with the gnome, the video card always get so hot to reboot.
i had to use xubutu.

And the problem is I can't get the kali-archive-keyring. Can anybody tell me how to get that please.

Sorry to bother. I reread the doc, and find something i neglected last time in the faq. I don't know source.list is for until I meet the problem and search for knowledge and understand to add 2 repository.
Really sorry, I had install ubuntu for a couple of years, but rarely used it.

But then I encounter another problem. Unable to locate package dctrl-tools. When I try apt-get install, it's installed. I don't know what is wrong, and google didn't provide a good solution.
Can anyone help me with it?
