I tried to install GIMP on my new Kali laptop. "sudo apt install gimp" gave me message that there was no installation candidate. The link on the GIMP.org download page is for a flatpak, and I was informed that flatpak also can't be installed. In used "sudo apt install gimp" a week ago to install gimp on a Ubuntu computer - will there be an installation candidate for Kali soon? Do I need to install GIMP by another means?
