    Commercial use of Kali Linux

    Hi all,

Is there any policy problem to use Kali linux for commercial purposes?

I found the following page which states that some tools on Kali Linux are not open source,
and Offensive Security has specific license agreements with the vendors of those tools.
    https://www.kali.org/docs/policy/kal...source-policy/

We plan to develop a product which offers Kali Linux for users to practice cyber security offensive techniques.
Is it possible for us, not Offensive Security, to use Kali Linux for commercial purposes like the above?

As long as you comply with GPL you are good. It would be nice, however not required, if you did contribute back to Kali as well if you discover say bugs, features lacking, packages to add, etc.
