    Angry Troubleshooting brightness control

I freshly install Kali Linux as principal OS on my laptop and i get some issues about the brightness control.

When I hit the keys on my keyboard to change the brightness, the control bar appear and the cursor move, but the brightness won't change.
Also, every time I hit one of the key, the monitor settings opens.

I also try with xrandr but it says "Failed to get size of gamma for output default".

I try to install brightnessctl but it changed anything, and every time i execute a command with the applet, the monitor settings open too.

    Did you have any solutions?
