INVALID NAME prevents opening virtualbox-amd

Windows 10 64bit. Oracle VM VirtualBox 6.1.34a-150636-win; extension pact; kali-linux 2022.2-virtualbox-amd 64.ova
Problem: Cannot start up the Kali LINUX virtual machine. Have attempted all recommended fixes.

NEED HELP!

delete the VM and re install it!
