Install Failure

I have an INTEL NUC Intel Celeron CPU 847 @ 1.10GHz. The box has 4G ram.
I tried many times to install Kali Linux on the box. It never would boot. I looked as if the boot sector had not been installed. It works fine from the USB. This tells me the hardware is compatible.

Any suggestions? I really would like to have Kali on that box.

from the kali live boot, create an installer USB first, and then format the internal hard drive to something Kali can recognise like EXT4 and then boot from installer USB and install.

Have you also disabled secure boot in the BIOS / UEFI
