    Full lockup diagnosis

Hi, I was wondering how I could go about figuring out the cause of seemingly random occurrences of system freezing and becoming totally unresponsive to even the effects of REISUB, and which doesn't seem to make anything apparent about what happened after doing a full power cycle to restart it. I'm installed on bare metal on a 1tb Samsung 860 with a 9900k, 2060 Super, 32gb ddr4 cl16 3200mhz in a z390-a pro and corsair tx650 psu. Any help is very much appreciated. Also, hello! I'm new to the forums but at least slightly knowledgeable about Linux. Been around off and on since Slackware 9. Greetings.

Have you ensured your fully up to date ?

You say you've been on slackware, so I will assume you have checked tha.. it could be the Nvidia card, or possible a driver issue generally, random freezing is always hard to solve because their are often no logs written as it halts..

Is this freezing when being used or just when its sat 'at idle' as it were?
