VNC Server on Termux Kali rootless method

I can't turn off localhost only and share my host enviroment via my wifi. I tried many things but nothing is worked. I want to share my host enviroment via vnc on wifi ip instead localhost to connect my old pc with my phone and do some things that I can't do with my old PC from 1999
