Hi,
created that file, because it was not there after installing Kali. Then edited it and ran newaliases. But for some reasons aliases are not processed. Any ideas?

The file wasn't there because, well a mail server set up is 'chatty' and Kali is designed to be quiet on a network by default, its a pentesting toolset.. (the quieter you are, the more you'll hear.. and all that)
If you really want to set it up that way, read the postfix docs;
