I've downloaded the v1.06 x32 VM, unzipped it, and fired it up. When doing the apt-get update, I routinely get messages like the following:
W: Failed to fetch http://http.kali.org/kali/dists/kali/Release Unable to find expected entry 'kali-dev/binary-i386/Packages' in Release file (Wrong sources.list entry or malformed file)
E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
that will occur 2-3 times, then POOF, it starts working.
What can I do to resolve this?
