upgrading Kali Linux 2019.4 but kali-undercover not working

showing error xfce4-notifyd: no process found


trying too many time rm -rf .cache/ .config/ .local/ && sync && reboot but no result

desktop not showing any file folder as like old version.

please check the attachment solve the problem
