SOLVED:
Delete all partions and create a new partition with Gparted.
Hi all. Very first, I want to apologize for my bad english. My native language is Portuguese and I'm read much better than speak or write. So you guys don't have to worry about that.
I just bought a Kingston DataTraveler SE9 16GB a month ago to use Kali Linux 32 bits LiveUSB persistent.
In the very first, it's working alright.
But yesterday when I had to shutdown the computer, the black screen that appears on shutdown, showed something totally different than usual. Something like "squashfs filesystem ...", it was pretty fast.
I was worried about this, since this pendrive have very important files for my job.
Then I tried to restart the computer, but the USB-HDD wasn't listed anymore at the BIOS boot sequence.
I tested that pendrive in so many computers, but in all of them he is not detected JUST in the BIOS, Windows detect normally. And all of my others pendrives, the BIOS keep detecting normally and boot from them normally too.
What I've already done:
- Fully formatted the pendrive with HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool
- Formatted with GParted. NTFS to FAT32 and FAT32 to NTFS. None of them worked.
- Reinstalled the drivers
- Tried to burn the same ISO that worked fine before, twice. With Yumi, Win32 Disk Imager...
- Checked the BIOS, SO many times
- More than 15 hours of research and NOTHING worked

I don't know what to do from now.
I think it's is a problem with this specific USB Flash Drive.
Strange that Windows is normally detecting and storing files but all the BIOS tested stopped detecting suddenly just this pendrive.
Help is greatly appreciated.
